Recipe Suggestion

"Water Buffalo Pho," a traditional Vietnamese soup:

Rice noodles
Pre-made water buffalo bone broth
Water buffalo meat (sliced or shredded)
Bean sprouts
Fresh herbs (such as Thai basil, cilantro, and mint)
Lime wedges
Sliced chili peppers (optional)
Hoisin sauce and sriracha (optional)
Sliced onions and green onions (optional)
Fish sauce (optional)
Instructions:

Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a pot, heat the pre-made water buffalo bone broth over medium heat until heated through. You can adjust the amount of broth based on your desired serving size.

Meanwhile, prepare your toppings and garnishes. Rinse the bean sprouts, chop the fresh herbs, and slice the lime wedges. Set aside the optional toppings like sliced chili peppers, hoisin sauce, sriracha, sliced onions, green onions, and fish sauce.

When the broth is hot, add the water buffalo meat to the pot and cook until the meat is cooked through and tender.

To assemble the pho bowls, divide the cooked rice noodles among serving bowls. Top with the cooked water buffalo meat.

Pour the hot water buffalo bone broth over the noodles and meat, ensuring they are fully submerged.

Serve the pho bowls with a plate of bean sprouts, fresh herbs, lime wedges, and other optional toppings and condiments. Each diner can customize their bowl according to their taste preferences.
